INCLUDED CHANGES BY OPTION PURCHASED
The changes included in your purchase depend exclusively on the option selected at the time of placing your order. Before purchasing, we recommend reviewing the description of each option, where the included changes and those that do not apply are clearly specified.
INVITATION LANGUAGE
The language included in the service corresponds to the language of the product sample. Invitations in a different language or bilingual versions are not included and require an additional quote before starting the design.
OPTION 'COLOR TOUCH'
This option allows you to modify a single color in elements such as icons, titles, boxes, and animated envelope. The flowers and other decorative elements retain the original design colors and cannot be altered under this option.
OPTION 'FLOWER AND DETAIL COLOR CHANGE'
This option allows you to adapt the colors of the flowers and some decorative elements to harmonize with your chosen palette. The structure, essence, style, and original composition of the design are fully maintained. This option does not include structural changes, replacement of graphic elements, different illustrations, or special customizations. Any modification of this type is considered a custom design and must be quoted separately.
OPTIONAL SECTIONS
The sections included in the invitation are optional. Sections such as 'No children,' 'Wishing well,' or similar may be removed at no additional cost, according to the client's preference.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
The invitation is delivered completely ready to share with your guests via web link and, when applicable, with digital passes. No editable files, design templates, or access to make modifications on your own are provided.
DELIVERY TIME
The estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 business days, counted from the date the client has sent all the necessary information for the creation of the invitation. Delays in sending information, photos, guest lists, songs, or approvals by the client may modify the estimated delivery date.
INCLUDED REVISIONS
The purchase includes one revision limited to corrections of text, spelling, punctuation, or incorrectly provided information. It does not include design changes, photo substitution, structural modifications, or changes to previously approved content.
NAMED DIGITAL PASSES
If your purchase includes named digital passes, up to 150 personalized passes will be generated at no additional cost. The client must send a single Excel file with the names of the guests and the number of people per pass. Only the passes contained in the initial list will be generated. It is the client's responsibility to verify that the information is correct and complete. Additional passes, modifications, or new guest lists requested later will incur an additional charge.
REFUND POLICY
Refund requests are accepted within 7 days after purchase, provided that the personalization or design process of the invitation has not been initiated. Once work has begun, no returns or refunds will be possible.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
If a refund is approved, Lovent Invita will make the corresponding request to the financial institution or payment method used. The processing time depends exclusively on that entity and may take between 3 and 15 business days. Lovent Invita has no control over these times once the request has been made.
